Property taxes in the Zawadzkie Municipality are the lowest in the Opole province, and are respectively:

- buildings associated with running a business 22,50 PLN / sqm
In the municipality there is a valid resolution on the exemption from property tax under the de minimis aid for new investment projects in the Zawadzkie Municipality up to EUR 200,000.
Public aid granted to investors, specified in Polish law, consists in providing them with the right conditions to run a business and, above all, exemption from income tax (exemption from tax on natural and legal persons from income obtained on the basis of activities in the zone).
